Return & Refund Policy – Hemqueen Design Studio

At Hemqueen, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. Since each outfit is custom-made with exclusive designs, we follow a strict return and refund policy as outlined below:

🔁 Returns:

• Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products received.

• Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• To initiate a return, please share unboxing video and images clearly showing the issue.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

💰 Refunds:

• Refunds are applicable only if the product is defective and no replacement is available.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

• Customised orders, made-to-measure garments, and sale items are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges:

• We do not offer exchanges for size or color once the order is confirmed.

• For size-related concerns, kindly confirm accurate measurements before placing your order.
